What kind of commitment do I have to make?
No commitment at all. Our agreements are tailored to your individual needs.

What happens if a machine needs servicing?
Call us at 917-572-3671 or 516-398-2760 and a factory trained technician will be onsite within 24 hours.

What if my machines are damaged or vandalized?
Vita Vending assumes all responsibility for repairs and parts replacement for our equipment.

What if my machines do not contain desired products?
Our clients are encouraged to create their own product selections.  Simply request your desires by contacting us anytime.

Why would I want vending machines when there are places for my employees to shop close to my facility?
When employees have everything they need in the office there is no need for them to leave and will thereby be more productive during the workday.

Is vending allowed in public schools?
Absolutely! In fact, Vita Vending has programs in place for schools using juices, waters and healthy snacks.

Is there a commission program offered?
Vita Vending can tailor a commission program to give our customers the choice of below market vend prices, market prices with moderate commissions, or high commissions.

How much money can my facility expect to make on a monthly basis?
It varies. The amount of revenue generated depends upon the location within your facility, the number of machines you have, and the commission structure that you elect.
